Candidates have been divided into two shifts each day - the first shift begins at 10:00 AM and the second shift begins at 2:00 PM. The table below gives the approximate Roll Number / Application Number range for each date and shift, exactly as published in the official notice. Candidates should confirm their own Roll Number / Application Number against the official PDF, since a small number of application numbers within each range have been skipped in the original list.

How to Download the BPSC Factory Inspector DV Letter

BPSC has clarified that Document Verification letters will not be sent by post. Every candidate must download their own DV letter online before the scheduled date. The steps are as follows.

1. Visit the official BPSC candidate portal at bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login.
2. Log in using your registered Account credentials.
3. Go to "My Account" and click the "View" button against Advertisement No. 03/2026.
4. Click "Documents Verification Letter" and then select the "Download" option.
5. Save and take a printout of the DV letter for the verification day.

• Experience certificate matching Condition 3 of the advertisement, issued by the employing factory's occupier for factory-based experience claims
• Appointment order and salary slips for the relevant months, for candidates claiming government or private-sector experience
• Factory licence, for candidates currently or previously employed in a factory
• Proof of EPF and ESI coverage, where private-sector factory experience is claimed
• Proof that the private-sector factory's turnover is Rs. 25 crore or more, where such experience is claimed
• University-issued formula for converting CGPA/grade into percentage or marks, where applicable
• Character certificate issued by the head of the institution last attended
• Non-creamy-layer certificate for OBC/EBC candidates (for women candidates, issued in the father's name and address)
• Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates (for women candidates, issued in the father's name and address)
• Permanent residence certificate for SC/ST candidates (for women candidates, issued based on the father's permanent address)
• Income and asset certificate for EWS candidates, issued as per Bihar Government notification no. 2622 dated 26.02.2019 (married women claiming EWS through their husband's name must submit a residence certificate based on their father's permanent residence)
• Age relaxation certificate for serving Bihar Government employees
• Relevant certificate for ex-servicemen claiming age relaxation
• Residence certificate for unreserved women candidates of Bihar, where a fee concession is claimed
• No Objection Certificate, for candidates already employed under the Central Government, Bihar Government, or any other State Government
• Photo identity proof (the same ID used at the time of application)
• Two recent passport-size photographs

Important Instructions for BPSC Factory Inspector DV Candidates

• Only claims made through the online application are considered valid; any document not matching the claims made online will not be accepted.
• All educational qualification, experience, and other eligibility-related certificates must be dated on or before 02.02.2026, the closing date for online applications for this advertisement; certificates issued after this date will not be accepted.
• If submitted certificates do not fully establish a claim, the Commission may ask for further supporting documents, and reserves the right to take a final decision on eligibility and authenticity.
• Document Verification is provisional. Final eligibility is decided by the Commission strictly as per the terms of the original advertisement, after verifying the details submitted in the online application.
• If any certificate is found incorrect, mismatched, or fake at any stage, the candidature will be cancelled, the Commission's decision will be final, and the candidate will not be entitled to any compensation.
