Candidates should go by the advertisement and watch dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in for any corrigendum. Each phase is considered separately, so an application received early is considered earlier.
How to Apply for DPCC Deputation Recruitment 2026
Applications are accepted only through proper channel, in the prescribed proforma, in English or Hindi.
- Download the advertisement and the application form from dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in under "Office Order & Circulars".
- Fill in the proforma: post applied for, personal and department details, date of retirement, education, a point-by-point statement of how you meet each essential and desirable requirement, employment history with pay level of the post held on a regular basis (enclose your latest salary slip), nature of present employment, feeder-grade status, total emoluments, and supporting information such as publications, awards and professional affiliations. Affix a recent passport-size photograph and sign the declaration.
- Attach self-attested copies of proof of age, educational qualifications, work experience, and SC/ST/OBC/PwD certificate if claiming.
- Have your employer or cadre-controlling authority complete the certification on the last page: that the particulars are correct, you hold the qualifications and experience, you will be relieved if selected, no vigilance or disciplinary case is pending, integrity is certified, the CR dossier or attested ACR/APAR copies for the last five years are enclosed, and whether any major or minor penalty was imposed in the last ten years.
- Your department forwards the application with the signed bio-data, attested APAR copies for five years, integrity certificate, vigilance clearance and penalty statement to:
The Administrative Officer,
Delhi Pollution Control Committee,
3rd Floor, IT Park, DMRC Building,
Shastri Park, Delhi – 110053 - Write the name of the post on the envelope.
Advance copy
If your department's forwarding may be delayed, you may send an advance copy. In that case you must produce a No Objection Certificate from your department to appear for the interview, with an undertaking to submit all requisite documents before joining. An advance copy does not replace the proper-channel application.
Before you apply
- Applications that are incomplete, not through proper channel, or without attested APAR copies are not considered; there is no second chance within the phase.
- If you already applied to DPCC's earlier rolling advertisement with complete documents, you do not need to apply again.
- Each post has two independent conditions (service and qualification). Check both before asking your department to forward the application, since candidature cannot be withdrawn later.
- No correspondence or representation is entertained about interview calls or selection.
Selection Process
The circular does not set out a written test or a scoring scheme. It refers to candidates being called for interview, and the NOC requirement for advance-copy applicants is specifically for "appearing in interview". DPCC reserves the right not to fill any post, and the number of posts may change. Selection details will be posted on the DPCC website from time to time.
