Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide tailored and efficient banking solutions for a superior customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank's NRI customer base.
• Build a specialised team with expertise in NRI requirements, global remittance services and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth NRI clients and meet their banking needs.
• Ensure banking operations comply with RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations and international banking norms.
• Understand each client's financial goals, risk tolerance and investment horizon to offer tailored solutions.
• Organise events, webinars and promotional campaigns for NRI products.
• Collaborate with international banks and financial institutions on tie-up arrangements.
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes in NRI transactions and compliance requirements.
• Develop marketing strategies and work with internal teams on sales, trading and other portfolio management.
• Promote NRI products such as NRE/NRO accounts, remittance services and loans.
• Take on any other role assigned by the Bank.
