Selection Process
Selection is based on qualification, experience and performance in the interview. Incomplete applications are not considered for short listing.
- The posts are for immediate requirement, and the Society may prioritize interviews for different categories of posts based on its needs.
- On the recommendation of a selection committee, the Society may also ask candidates to demonstrate skills in the area or specialization concerned.

Service Conditions
- Appointment is on contract, initially for three months. The Society may extend it at its discretion, based on performance and integrity.
- The successful candidate signs a contract with the Society in the format of Annexure-I, uploaded on the website.
- Posts are temporary during the period of operation of the Mission, with no claim for permanency of job or labour claims against NHM, DHS or the Government.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in the State and to work in any District of Kerala decided by the Society.
- All selected candidates are governed by the NHM rules and regulations in force from time to time.
- Opportunities for advanced training will be available.

Can a Plus two pass candidate apply as Lab Technician?
Plus two alone is not enough. The 4 Lab Technician posts also require a Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.

Assistant Programme Officer/Epidemiologist (TB) pays Rs. 78,000. Microbiologist - IRL pays the same to an MD Microbiologist, but Rs. 30,000 to a non medical candidate.
Do I need to post a hard copy of my application?
